In August 2025, Fibreglaze restored this 10 x 4 m fibreglass pool in Cooroibah, Queensland. The shell presented with osmosis and surface blistering, together with a faded, worn, stained, rough and dated finish. These conditions required careful assessment and preparation before the pool could be resurfaced.
Fibreglaze safely emptied and mechanically prepared the pool, treated osmotic damage and corrected surface irregularities with resin-based screeding and filler. A vinyl ester primer and new structural fibreglass laminate were then installed, and the pool was completed in Dove Grey Speckle AquaGuard. The hydrostatic valve was also replaced, leaving a smooth, seamless pool interior.
