In November 2025, Fibreglaze restored the 10.5 x 6 m swimming pool in Bracken Ridge, Queensland. The existing pool presented with a faded or worn surface, a stained, rough or dated finish, deteriorated tiled areas and loose or hollow masonry areas, requiring careful assessment and preparation before resurfacing.
The worn surface, deteriorated tiled areas and loose or hollow masonry were prepared and repaired before resin-based screeding and filler corrected surface irregularities. A new structural fibreglass laminate and the Fibreglaze Enduratec finishing system were then installed, with the pool completed in Sapphire Blue Speckle as a smooth, seamless surface.
These photographs follow the work from the pool’s original condition through preparation and repair to the completed finish.
